At Jáuregui-Hogan Concordia, we work alongside ministries, institutions and civil society in West Africa to support the development and strengthening of legal systems, governance structures and access to justice. Our work is grounded in humility, collaboration and a belief in the long-term impact of principled, localised reform.

What This Service Involves

  • Advising on legislative drafting, legal reform frameworks and constitutional design;

  • Supporting the development of common law-based models in hybrid jurisdictions;

  • Contributing to ethics protocols, codes of conduct and good governance standards;
